A knife for all the junk...

Discussion in 'The Off Topic Room' started by limpet, Sep 7, 2014.

  1. I order a lot of stuff home (including kitchen knives) and accumulate a large amount of packaging. Since I don't own a car I have to cut the packaging into more managable pieces before taking them to a recycling container.

Enter carpet-/roofing felt-/leatherknife Mora 175 P. It's cheap, made of carbon steel and holds the edge very well. So far I've only had to touch up the edge now and then with a ceramic honing rod.

Why use a bad knife (that you don't care about) for tasks like this when a good knife is this cheap? :) Cost me approx 12 bucks.

Mora knives are great. Excellent value for a knife that you don't have to baby because of price.
