    House Made Mae Ploy sauce (Thai sweet Chili Sauce)

    Salmon Burger ( wild Nova Scotia Salmon and a bunch of herbs and spices and that's about it)

    Horse Radish Crusted Rack of Lamb
    Truffled Sweet potatoes and Elephant garlic grilled asparagus
    with a Cabernet and Pear vinegar reduction.

    Stupid question: the salmon burger looks great, but how does one eat a sandwich like that without dislocating a jaw? Smoosh it down?
