    Tried a Shig about 4 years ago and honestly did not see what all the fuss was about. Want to try again just to make sure I did not miss something or perhaps I have grown into it.

    Hi Matt, I have a 240 mm Shigefusa Kasumi Yanagiba Kitaeji, used for a few times for making sashimi sushi. The knife still keeps original sharpness and never been sharpened. I will sell it for 1100 USD, shipping included.
