160mm by 50 AEBL Nakiri

    This will be the next off the bench, a 160 mm by 50 stainless Nakiri at 62 rockwell.
    This one is right about .005 at the edge before sharpening. It is overall a very thin lightly convexed grind.
    The blade will be fished to 1200 grit hand rubbed satin polish.

    I am thinking octagon Ironwood/silver/ebony for the handle, but I might go with oak / ebony.
