    I was shooting for med-rare but I think I got medium. Need a bit more practice. Very tender and juicy tho!

    Thanks! Everyone was very happy with it.

    I did hotdogs too on the new grill. Surprisingly those didn't turn out great lol. Hotdogs of all things. I think maybe the grill was too hot - bout 350f. IDK they just shriveled up and looked burnt and dry when I pulled them. Looked great on the grill though but changed a lot after taking them off. Odd.
