BBQ The thin blue smoke of tastyness

    Finally a warm up so time for some ribs!

    Anyone ever buy ribs with the membrane pulled off already? This one is confusing me because when I tried to take the membrane off it looked as though I was pulling the fat and everything. Exposing the meat. I decided to leave it on. See what happens.

    Also decided to mix these 3 leftover BBQ sauces together for the ribs. Might as well!
