    Didn't know I liked it but darn it is good. My first experience with it. Order it from Show Me Caviar which comes from Sturgeon and Paddlefish from MO. I wanna say it's the Illinois River, but it could be the Mississippi.

    I tried it on crackers and toast. Yumm.

    Tonight finished it off on some hardboiled eggs and bacon
