    Hello KKF community.

    I'm not a pro chef, but an enthusiastic home cook, currently focusing on the practicalities of weekend batch-cooking to get me and my partner and our two-year-old son through our busy weeks.

    I like good tools in the kitchen and enjoy good knives. Currently use a masamoto hc for most tasks. Keen to pick up an old-stock KS if anyone is selling.

    woild also like to try a stainless laser, maybe the OG suisin or an ashi.

    Looking forward to learning about and from the kkf community.
