    Hi Jim!
    I've been on various kitchen knife forums since 2009 and tbh wanted to set up this account in anticipation of a mass migration from the other KKF over their shady business practices.
    I'm a home cook and have mostly stainless Japanese knives. I feel pretty close to my end game on those, though still very interested in rounding out my jnat collection.
    Hope to see some more familiar faces here soon :)
