    Quickly becoming a powerful force in the kitchen knife community!

    I have purchased about a half dozen knives over the last year or so (for myself & the executive chef) and have been nothing but impressed with Andrei's craftsmanship & professionalism.

    I'm sure more mind blowing work to follow! :cool:

    Gyuto from ShH-15 steel. analog 52100 60HRC. Blade-270/57 / 3.6mm. The handle is an acacia cap and synthetic micarta. Knife weight 163g.

  18. Another gyuto from Niolox steel with 61HRC cryoprocessing.
    Blade 270/55 / 3mm. cutting edge thickness 0.1mm.
    135mm handle. Melchior, oak myrsinaefolia (Quercus myrsinaefolia).
    I love the pattern that appears on Niolox steel after etching.
