    Thanks Jim - retired mediocre home cook and audiophile. Just getting into kitchen knives - have a recent pickup of an inexpensive 6” Mac Nakiri and already had an older Wusthof chefs knife (Crate and Barrel version). Wanting to learn much more and upgrade into a system of knives that works for me.
    Have already greatly enjoyed the threads that I have read on this site.
