Garden season is well under way so what y’all cultivating this year?

Here’s mine. Best part is I haven’t done any of it! Woo!

Lots of peppers, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, watermelon, beans, etc. etc.

For someone who doesn't like spicy, you're sure growing some HOT peppers! Garden looks great--very jealous of the tomatoes.

That’s my brothers fault. He dries them and turns them in to spices. Last year we had Hungarian Wax which is supposed to be really hot. We sliced and canned it and it cooled it right down. Tasted more like a mild pepper. They were really good on sandwiches.

  6. Really nice! It has been so dry in AZ here, even in the mountains my garden is a bit slow this year. Starting to see some tomatoes. No squash yet, but they are coming along. Got a few peppers. Monsoon is coming soon and things should pick up.

We are overrun with vegetables! And the garden is still growing out of control. Plenty of rain, plenty of sun, plenty of humidity. Darn good year for growing the garden.

We’ve picked tomatoes, peppers, okra, and zucchini 3x now. Have to pick the tomatoes green because we’ve got so much rain they are splitting. So what do we do?.....Salsa!

63 pints of green salsa.....so far.

Wish I had some of those green tomatoes for frying! Looks great. We were too hot and dry this summer to keep up with the plants we have, and didn't get a chance to put a garden in. I am very jealous of yours!

Even the grocery store produce looks like it's had a bad year. Although the blueberries are coming in, and they are mighty fine.

Is the tea easy to grow? I’m pretty sure it’s a crop that I can grow in my area.

The only thing we have left is peppers. Probably will do a picking today.
