    health and workload update
arm is getting better tennis elbow so bad it hurt to pick up a glass of water (KT strips are the bomb and lettign me heal but also do light work ) got half a sheet of steel layed out and some saw cuts done tho im doing my best not to over work my arm
other thing keeping me from the shop is a new deck build for the house kellys dad and i are slowly putting it together
garden ends out the main trifecta od time eating but beets are about done peas long gone onions will soon be harvested as will the taters. maters have not even got into color yet and we plan on planting a late season of peas
wonder why my arm is not healing fast ;) lots on the plate and thats before even lookin gat the shop. i hope to start ramping back up soon and am thinkning the deck will be just about finished by weeks end (weather and the rest of the supplys are holding me up at this point
thank you all for being understanding of how time is moving away from me

Butch, thanks for the update, hope your arm heals quickly (even if that entails lower productivity in the short term) and your other projects go smoothly.

Man that sucks. It can take a while to heal too.

I found the trick to the KT tape is leaving it on 24/7. It won't reduce healing time, but makes the pain slightly more bearable. The only thing that will cure it is rest.

Also, once you feel the pain subside, keep using the tape for a few month later after.

since im not taking it fully off i know my arm is going to get better at a slower rate but i did manage to grind a bit on some neckers and a 204p chef heavy spine but will have a fairly thin edge (am not sure yet if i will hollow grind it on the 4 foot platen )
