  9. Thanks Jim.. no cutting reports just yet. They came right before I left for work.. I unboxed them and admired them for a few mins.. then I snapped a few photos and left.. I will be meal prepping Saturday and will give them a whirl. I've also got 4 others in the mail. (Only slightly addicting)

    That's a nice range of gyutos there. Each one offering a different but enjoyable cutting experience. Well done!

    It's clear you're not fighting this "addiction" (why should you?), so I'm curious how this budding set grows. It certainly doesn't need to grow, as you've got most of the important points covered. But...
