Where to start? Live in the frozen tundra up in Wisconsin. My wife and I are avid home cooks and BBQ enthusiasts. I am a certified KCBS Judge so I get to sample some good BBQ. One day a while back I was cutting up some prep veggies and I wondered what it would be like to have a very sharp knife to work with. That took me down the Japanese path ..... a while later my horizons expanded and now I am a user/collector. I use everything I collect but have started a very diverse collection. I have some of the standard stuff collected over time, Cuisinart, Wusthof, Messermeister ...... stared with my first J-knife, a Tojiro. Now, some of my toys include:
