WTS KONOSUKE GINSAN 270MM GYUTO WITH CUSTOM HANDLE

    Hey guys, been out of the loop for a bit but a new custom order is coming up so I'll need to raise some funds.

    For sell is this Kosuke Ginsan 270mm gyuto with custom handle by Ian Rogers (Haburn knives).
    Length on edge is 254mm, heel height is 50mm, and spine thickness above heel is 2.5mm.

    The knife still sports the original edge, I've only stropped it a couple times on felt. Still cuts like a dream, as expected.

    The wood I bought so long ago I don't recall specifics, but I believe it's spalted tamarind.

    My out of pocket was around $700 for this, but I'm asking $550. The knife is in absolute mint condition.
