Just choil shots of thinned veg cleavers.

    Have been trying to get a few veggie cleavers out in the post, and wanted to show the recipients what kind of thinning job they may be in for, using my own thinned versions as a standard for comparison.

    I do not know if the pic differences are too subtle for folks to notice, but figured I could try to post them anyway.

    First is a mini, 17.5*8cm, out of the box:

    And after my thinning:

    Then a normal size 19.5*10cm veggie slicer:

    And my thinned project, which is quite ugly at this stage but seems to cut well:

    The swell in the choil is a normal thing, due to the way they are constructed. The thinned ones also have core steel visible as they are stainless sanmai with carbon core.
