    Cool Beatty, sucks the original handle was not intact, but well done on the replacement. Any idea what era Beatty it is?

    Here's a finished piece. Ash handle on a Beatty #2, with a Brazilian Walnut saya (black suede tie). Friction fit, the usual other stuff. All my pieces are important, but this one felt especially so, because of the client. One of those things, I guess....

    Here's a fun project that I've been working on around my customs, because...well, I like making different stuff.

    They're cheese/kids knives that will be available at an amazing shop in Toronto (and through me), called The Cheese Boutique. They're all hardwood, and have real bevels, like big boy knives. You know how it is.... Hope you guys like them!
