    That certainly is. It's a solid workhorse, after a little thinning on the edge. If you wanted a hand sized Sherman tank to destroy massive prep, especially more dense veggies, this specific CB is the way to go. It's very thick along the spine and the handle is actually pretty comfy in all sorts of grips.
    But it needed some serious thinning, and some easing of the spine.

    Curious why the lol. I love my CB. Great distal taper, solid grind. It is my go to stainless knife.
