    Hi Guys, thanks for the warm welcome! It was not till earlier this year that i bought my first 'real' Japanese knife (Takeda Gyuto) and ever since hooked adding 2 Shigefusas and a Watanabe to the collection. It's truly a new world opening up, that of kitchen knives!
