hi Mareko, yes you are right. love your knives. not enough space at the moment for the knives so making do and next year will change the storage. This is about 25% of the knives, collected over 25 years. Thank you for allowing me to add your knives to it and if you feel like doing something outstanding, let me know. Always wanted a blade with a solid gold looking spine but i hear that is really difficult. Meaning the gold only on the top of the blade where you look down on it.

That Dragon's Breath Burke looks a little girly to me. You should just pack it up and send it to me quick before it rubs off on you!

    (Gorgeous knife--congrats!)

Not a knife, but got a block that fits a suji, a yangi, and a chuka.

 That's a definite no from missus, unfortunately. No exposed edge in the kitchen

  16. So its not just me that is banned from magnetic knife racks

  17. Don't hesitate to use my kitchen to store that beautiful knife. I can arrange a separate magnetic bar for it :D

  18. This one is kinda new, I got it a few months back and sent it to LA for a makeover. I'm extremely pleased with the result. Jon @ JKI upgraded the handle and did a little work on the blade. This one was a bit of a PITA because for such a small knife (165mm) it has an enormously fat tang. It came stock with a ridiculously oversized deba handle on there, the new one fits much better, and is the nicest of the several burnt chestnut handles I have. It's a bit of a thick knife, slices well but also is prone to wedging a bit, but overall is a really fun addition to the set.
Cheers and thanks for bearing with my terrible photos!
