Test Blade 2 Stainless core. 14C28N with stainless cladding.

Have some interesting banding in the core from the forging process. Sorta looks like damascus at this point. This blade is at 120 Grit and I think the look is going to change at 1200 Grit. :) But either way. Its going to be a test blade for now.

HHH Knives San mai Stainless core with stainless cladding. Test blade 2
10" blade chefs knife with Afzilia Xlay handles. Stainless pins with single HHH Mosaic pin!

I finished this blade to 1200 Grit. The banding in the stainless core still showed up. But after putting a edge on this and test cutting I am confident the core is hardened properly and that its going to be a great cutter!!!

Blade is approx 12" of awesome. Heel is approx 48mm tall. Stainless steel over HHH damascus core. San Mai construction. Randy Jr really nailed it on this piece. and Im super stoked about this look!!

The handle is ancient bog oak. approx 6000 years old. Paired perfectly with curly eucalyptus. Black and stainless spacers.
