    36 hour Sous vide pork loin finished in the oven. Damm rain. The parsley is a family joke.

    Dinnertime and we decided we wanted pizza instead of what we'd planned. Put together an emergency pizza (crust didn't really have time to rise so it was more like a cracker than a real pizza dough, but it satisfied the itch.) Olive oil, garlic, oven roasted tomatoes, basil, sausage, mushrooms, burrata, & a little parmesan & romano. Had pizza, wine, and watched "Tucker & Dale vs Evil." A good evening.

    Pretty tender to say the least. It has an almost turkey like texture? Loin is lame so this was a stretch to get something out of it.
