I wonder how many people will show up late for the Game Dinner I am helping with because they forgot about DST...happened last year, too!

I figured most people used their phones as a time piece now which should automatically update. That's the only way I survive DST!

Even the alarm clock on my end table auto-adjusts... I have to reset 3 clocks. The one in my Jeep, my watch and the one on the microwave. (not counting the fifty-million that are in my work kitchen...)

You know, I was just saying to myself that I needed an hour less sleep.

The kitchen appliances are all that I need to reset. Stove, microwave and coffee maker. No wall clocks for me, not even a wrist watch or alarm clock.

Hey, that's been the last month for me, with the exception of a taco lunch.

After this winter, DST really feels like an insult today.

Agreed. I don't recall ever springing ahead when there was a foot of snow on the ground with the Mississippi River frozen over.

So much damage in my garden this winter, lots of pruning and starting over I fear.
Lost a major limb on one of my black Japanese pines, I am afraid to go look and see what's left of it. But since there is a 6 foot drift of snow between me and it yet, it can wait,

Today is the day that all my appliance clocks and car clocks go back to telling me the correct time. Btw, I used to hate this day as a child as it meant I had to go to church one hour earlier, but now that I have kids they magically (sort of) sleep an hour later.

    k.

LOL, one of the guys cooking overslept, but made it on time still :) Only like 15 min late, but most of the people were still getting there when he rolled in. Happens every year!
