Can l Freeze stuff in

    Bet your knives you can. Just allow adequate room for expansion if liquid. And don't drop it while it has heavy frozen stuff inside. :-D

    I have a couple of gallons of stock I just made and ran out of take out containers.

    Gallon zip lock freezer bags. Freeze them on a sheet tray so they are flat then they are also stackable.

    Excellent advice!

    Don't do like I did once and set the zip lock bags on the rack and let them freeze between the rails. I thought I was going to have to get the wire cutters to get the frozen stock separated from the wire shelf!
    Had to let it thaw with the wire shelf attached :fp2

    yep we freezer bag and lay on cookie sheets
    we also dice onion pepper and carrots that way freeze them then crumble and bag by the qt makes making soup a snap as its then a game of grab and dump
