For the most part, the Billipp and Haburn handles suit my tastes the most. I like a wider handle, but I also like a longer handle which Del's suits very well.

That time again. I actually keep these photos on file for insurance purposes.
But for fun I like to share. My apologies for the crappy pics.

Starting off with what I still have from the beginning, waaaaay before I knew of the crazy knife world (and before internet):

Awesome. Do most of them still see some time in rotation Marc?

All but the ones in the top picture. Actually, with the exception of the scimitar, the ones in the top pic do still see some "action", as in my wife uses them from time to time.
The scimitar I plan to refurbish.
The HHH doesn't really see much as that's the one I'm saving for our daughter (given it's background story).
As for action, I don't work the line much anymore, and I'm probably accumulating about a total of 5 to 10 hrs of heavy board time a week. There are times when I get a full day or more of prep/cooking in, usually when one of my guys takes off for a few days.

Wow. That bottom pic is insane. I can't say which is my favourite there, but one just speaks to me. All are gorgeous, though.
