    Hmmmmm....... Seventy hour work weeks, no weekends off, work EVERY holiday, endless stress, drug addiction, alcoholism........ YUP over thirty five years of PURE HAPPINESS!!! :cool: Are you kidding me! Come on, MAN! :confused:

    Isn't that why it says 'executive chef' and not sous, line cook, etc.? I thought the life of an executive chef was all glamour. Get up at noon, go knock out your local cooking demo segment for the morning news show to use the next day, go to the restaurant and sign autographs for a half hour, then off to Food Network to judge some 'reality shows'?

    Ehh, its only a n=20 for each position...not exactly representative. Real exec chefs dont have time to go to career builder to tell other people how much they like their job.
