Here is a 270mm Gyuto from Devin Thomas. It is a carbon composite construction.

  3. Yeah. I had to snatch that one up. Can't believe I missed the show in Seattle. Had my plane ticket and every thing before I ended up getting sick. PS I'm coming for that Rader soon.

It would have been awesome to meet you in Seattle. I'm sure I'll get to meet you eventually though, so in the mean time, I hope you are enjoying the knife!

I couldn't agree with you more! It was hard letting this one go, but this knife definitely deserves to get into action. Can't wait to see what it looks like with some patina on it.

I agree!! My father picked this one up, and I'm ecstatic that this one gets to stay in the family. Was able to use and sharpen this one during the weekend, and am looking forward to my next visit so I can use this one again :)

Ok, so Facebook isn't a good way to host photo's. So I'll try this again, with a few more that have gone out the door.

I never get tired of going back and staring at the photo's. I'm amazed at the control in the damascus.

The knives you buy and sell are just stupid. Flat out stupid.

It's cool to look at them side by side, and pick out the similarities and differences, actually. Basically, throw a Kramer in that last batch and you could do a flip book. I won't say which of those is my favorite, because they really are all stunning. I have one, but I won't say....

I know which one you have, at least if my memory of your posts in the last year are correct. I wish I could keep them all, but that isn't a way to run a business unfortunately. Thanks for the kind words though. Handling all of these knives, even if I haven't been able to put them to use has increased my knowledge of what I prefer in a knife dramatically. I'm sure you're in the same boat with all the knives going through your hands...
