case you dont follow other places lefty has some parers. i think one or 2 left

stuff on the way next wil be a few steak knives bull nose butchers and nakiri. i will then be switching to other style knives and razors for other retailers. i will get back to kitchen stuff later

Thanks for the update. You going to try the compound thing on any of those nakiri, or are they all customs?

i think the blade hight might make the compound grind a bit tricky. im really pushing things with your knife. i think most people know tha they might get a bit of stiction on a nakiri due to how thin they need to be ground

Yup, I think we have two Parers left, for those who are interested.

For those who have never used one of Butch's nakiris - they are flat out LETHAL cutters. Possibly the best I've used. My biggest regret (in terms of sellinga piece) was one of his nakiris....

Every time I see the question "what's the best nakiri on the market" the #1 answer is always Butch's.

I used to answer Carter to that question, but I use Butch's nakiri more often - there may be a message here...

    I agree about Butch's Nakiris.
Even when I needed money really badly, I never considered selling mine.
