My lunch was biscuits and gravy dip. I heated a little gravy in the microwave and used it like a dip. Scooping it up with the biscuits. Delicious the second time around too!

    Great looking biscuits and gravy!

We had almond-buckwheat-spice pancakes with pork & apple sausage topped with plenty of butter & blackberry/strawberry jam. And a couple big cups of coffee.

Taking advantage of the chive blossoms again...

Crackers with creme fraiche, chives, and smoked salmon, and some with fig preserves and Humboldt Fog cheese. And a gigantic cup o' coffee.

I just realized that was my last breakfast I posted here too. It's a popular meal 'round these parts. :j

  10. On weekdays only coffee. Trader Joe's Bay Blend.

On weekends my fiancée makes us each 3 eggs basted in black truffle butter, slices of Manchego cheese, and avocado with Sriracha, eaten in bed. Yeah, not letting her get away.

    Cheers,

    Rick
