      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Unfortunately I need to raise some funds, so sadly my Haburn 210mm Gyuto will have to go.<br />
<br />
It was made as part of team knife run on here in 2015, and this is 1 of 10 that were available.<br />
<br />
The knife isn&#039;t stamped with anything extra, just the Haburn logo, everything else is on the accompanying plaque.<br />
<br />
I have only used it about 15-20 times, and it hasn&#039;t been used in the last 2 years as I kept it more as a display knife. Never been sharpened and still pretty sharp now.<br />

In fact it became the benchmark for all other knives I&#039;ve owned. The &#039;W&#039; like grind is just insane. If it were a 220mm it would have a permanent place in my daily kit. It&#039;s that awesome.<br />
