i try something new in my Heat treatment process , and i would like have a new opinion about that. <br />

i make a crap handle , so , it&#039;s not a drama if you broke it , or .... i don&#039;t know....<br />

you can remove it if you want for sharpening or something else ....he&#039;s not glued .<br />

this is not a sexy grind or  kasumi finish .... RAW finish, but the edge is nice.... so you can make evry thing with this knife, i only want feedback about edge rétention , food...<br />

Both are forged in the usual Sanmaï .<br />
145sc &amp; XC10 , water quenched . 64/65Hrc.<br />
the small one have a Oak handle and saya , the suji  has a superb piece of iron wood.<br />

Last friday, after driving down for the Nyons knife show, I stopped for a bite to eat near my hotel.  In the two minutes I was away from my rental car, two men broke the back window and stole my bag with all my knives.  <br />
There were 22 in total, plus 2 personal knives, my jacket, my antique leather bag, and a number of other possessions. <br />
 I wasn&#039;t able to attend the knife show. <br />
 I&#039;m posting the photo of the knives that were stolen, in the hopes that they might surface on a sales...<br />
