Boned out 2 and left 2 bone in.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Couple of 5lb or so whole chickens brining overnight in the fridge. Did about 1/2 cup kosher salt, 1/4 cup or so of brown sugar, some minced garlic, pepper, and a couple bay leaves. I&#039;m not convinced the bay leaves do anything but...whatever <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie8" alt=":D" title="Big Grin    :D" /><br />
<br />
Will probably be about 18ish hrs before I put them on the pellet grill. Spatchcock at 300f. Of course with some nice bbq rub on them. First time doing the spatchcock method so hopefully they turn out. I don&#039;t expect any issues....<br />
