Very pretty knife. You going to let the owner test it against some borrowed sample blades? :D

Thanks for the WIP Mareko. Nice pick up Lucretia.

  3. Up lose and personal with a couple of the finer details in the knife. A silicon bronze pommel rivet and matching silicone bronze & black G10 space, as per request. This is also a great chance to get a closer look at the pattern detail in the bolster as it flows down into the blade.[IMG][IMG]

Indeed...it's awesome enough that each new post leaves me feeling a bit awkward, not wanting to repeat banal praises.

I love the way the pattern came out after etching. Lucky girl Lucretia!

  13. Mate I absoultely love this knife and what you did with the rivet in the end of the handle. I have a few ideas but I might have to hit you of the way you did it, I really like all the details and effort that can't be seen, but make this knife an epic piece of kit. Once again mate awesome job!

  14. @Mrmnms, Thank you sir. I absolutely agree with you!
@Chad Smith, Thank you too. Hit me up mate!

  15. Hi @Chadd Smith, Please do feel free to hit me up. I can tell you now that it is a standard construction technique used in traditional scandinavian knives that I picked up from my good buddy Jeremy Spake (great maker, check him out). Cheers mate!
